Rochester Lodge #1393 has a beautiful Function Room capable of seating up to 400 people. Smaller groups can be accommodated as well with their portable partioning system. Recently renovated, this room has a state of the art ventilation and air filtration system and is totally "non-smoking". Frisbie's Community Education & Conference Center hosts meetings and conferences throughout the year. Built in 2000, this 8,500 square-foot building is dedicated to supporting health improvement and disease prevention through educational programs for the communities they serve. The facility features six meeting areas and is the location for many of their child and maternal health classes, health and safety programs, support groups and community events.
Frisbie physicians also utilize the Center as a location to learn new techniques and advances in medical technology and patient care and to host educational workshops throughout the year.

Generally the meeting rooms at City Hall are utilized by City officials or by State officials holding a Public Hearing for Rochester. Also, any state or federal representative or senator is able to use the meeting rooms at City Hall for a town meeting.
Occasionally other organizations are able to reserve the rooms for their use. Call for specifics and to see if you would be allowed to utilize the space at City Hall.

The Library has one large meeting room, which holds up to 75 people comfortably, and one smaller meeting room, which holds up to 10 people. These rooms are available on a limited basis during regular library hours. Meetings held at the library must be free and open to the public. Groups interested in using the library's meeting rooms need to read the Rochester Public Library Meeting Room Policy and fill out a Meeting Room Registration Form.
